This year, Wendy has created two new cakes to add to the line up.
NUT FREE Unique Cake – This nut free cake is soaked in Coffee Porter, with raisins, dried cranberries, dried apricots, organic dried apple slices, glazed cherries, dates, pineapple and peel. Mediterranean – Definitely not traditional Christmas Cake…packed full of raisins, figs, dried melon, peel, orange zest, dried plums, pistachios, kalamata olives (yes, olives) and capers.
